Here are a few pointers to make the most out of your class and have a fun fitness experience!

What to Wear-

For pole classes, wear a close fitting tank top, shorts, or capri leggings. Your skin helps you stick to the pole, so you want some of it exposed. For aerial classes, you can wear leggings and a close fitting tee or tank. No socks or shoes required.

What NOT to Wear-

Skip the lotions, oils, and jewelry. Lotions and oils cause slipping and prevent you from gripping, while jewelry can get caught in fabric and scratches the pole and can cause injury.
