Norman Pole Dance will host artist David Delgado who creates flow art and mixed media works that include everything from: Spray paint, prisme, acrylic and resin. With these mediums, he aims to reflect our human condition while exploring new ideas. The goal of his work is to reawaken a sense of wonder in the minds of the audience. Through the use of symbols, David is able to create ideas that resonate within the human psyche, creating either a sense of discomfort or bliss depending on one’s frame of reference.
Jaiye Farrell is one of Oklahoma’s young upcoming artists. His art has been displayed in Norman at main site contemporary gallery and was also in an auction for C.A.R.E. (Child Abuse Response and Evaluation) He also worked with a group at a community center cole community center cultivating an arts and music program. He regularly paints live in brick town and he works with local businesses and music festivals. Jaiye connects with the community, striving to bring creativity, self expression, and exploration to the public, while inspiring people of all ages. He will be doing live bodypainting at Norman Pole for the 2nd Friday Art Walk on December 9th.
